We truly love to watch a child wonder, question, explore, create, and learn. We believe it is critical for children to develop a strong literacy foundation in their early years to ensure that they will enter school ready to learn. This isn’t just a job for us. We LOVE teaching!
Ms. Melanie
I have a Masters Degree in Education and a Reading Endorsement. I taught for the Anchorage School District for five years, then took some time to stay at home with my two children. I am in my nineteenth year as the owner and lead teacher of Creative Minds Preschool. I am very fortunate to be able to do the job I love and am honored people choose our school to be their child's first educational experience.
Ms. Susanne
I have a degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development Preschool-3rd grade. I taught in the public schools for 13 years with 8 of those being in Kindergarten. After moving to Alaska, I decided to take a break and stay home raising my three young boys. I am excited to be back in the classroom in my eighth year with Creative Minds Preschool.
